This Privacy Policy describes how Pricefort ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and handles your information when you use our Shopify application.

Information We Collect

When you install and use the App, we access the following data:

• Product data from your Shopify store (product titles, prices, variants) used to compare against your Faire listings.
• Shop information including your store domain and session credentials, used to authenticate API requests.
• Faire API key that you provide in Settings, stored in our database to authenticate Faire API calls on your behalf.
• Price alert history generated by comparing your Shopify and Faire prices, stored so you can review and resolve alerts.

How We Use Your Information

We use your product data and Faire API key exclusively to compare prices and generate alerts. We do not:

• Sell or share your data with third parties
• Use your data for advertising or marketing
• Store your product data beyond what is needed to display alerts

Third-Party Services

• Faire: we call the Faire Brand API using your API key to retrieve your Faire product listings and pricing. See Faire's Privacy Policy.
• Shopify: provides authentication and product data access. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
• Railway: hosts the App's server infrastructure.

Data Retention

We retain your Faire API key, session data, and alert history only as long as the App is installed on your store. Uninstalling the App removes your session from our database. You may request full data deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by uninstalling the App or contacting us. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
